(collectively, “App”), and any software, services, features, and content provided by SurveyGo
(“Services”).

SurveyGo provides a comprehensive platform for feedback collection, which includes:
 Automated Survey Invitations: Send surveys via SMS and email, schedule and
personalize messages to fit your audience.
 Customizable Surveys: Utilize our intuitive drag-and-drop builder to create tailored
surveys. Choose from pre-built templates or design from scratch.
 Real-Time Analytics: Access instant insights from responses, visualize data with live
dashboards, and export reports.
 Compliance: Adhere to GDPR and TCPA compliance, with built-in consent
management for secure data handling.
 Integration: Connect seamlessly with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, using
webhooks and APIs for custom integrations.
Use of Services
You are responsible for your use of the Services, and for any consequences thereof. You must
use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including privacy
laws and regulations.

SurveyGo Alerts:

Description: Receive SMS alerts for survey invitations, reminders to participate in active
surveys, and notifications about survey results and new features from SurveyGo.
Message Frequency: The frequency of messages may vary depending on your engagement with
ongoing surveys and interactions with SurveyGo.
General SMS Terms:
Opt-In Information:
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications from SurveyGo. You understand and agree
to the following:
 Survey Invitations and Alerts: You will receive SMS alerts regarding new surveys,
reminders to participate, and updates about survey results.
 Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent
or received.
 Voluntary Participation: Subscription to these notifications is not required to participate
in surveys or use any services provided by SurveyGo.
 Opt-out Option: You can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time by texting
‘STOP’ to the provided number, and can seek assistance by texting ‘HELP’.
 Privacy Commitment: Your phone number will be used exclusively for delivering the
subscribed services and will not be shared with any third parties.
 Terms and Privacy Agreement: You acknowledge and consent to SurveyGo’s Terms of
Service and Privacy Policy.
Opt-Out Information:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the provided number. After
you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send an SMS message to confirm that you
have been unsubscribed. If you decide to opt back in, simply sign up as you did the first time.
Help and Support:
If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, you can reply with “HELP” for more
assistance, or contact our support team directly at support@surveygo.org.
Carrier Liability:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Costs:
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If
you have questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy Concerns:
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy available on our
website at www.surveygo.org/privacy.
Opt-In Agreement:
By entering your phone number and submitting the opt-in form, you confirm your agreement to
receive SMS notifications from SurveyGo to the phone number you have provided.

Content
You retain all rights to the survey data and content you create using the Services (“Content”).
However, by creating Content, you grant SurveyGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free
license to use, process, and display the Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Services:
 Use the Services for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law or
regulation.
 Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, our computer systems, or
the technical delivery systems of our providers.
 Disable, interfere with, or try to circumvent any aspect of the security of the Services.
 Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written
authorization.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any
reason, including for violating these Terms.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. We are not liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the
Services.

on our Website. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you
agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
